You have no idea what you're talking about because you don't thoroughly read through posts, and you're being a hypocrite. You post meaningless comments that add nothing constructive to threads. When I make a post and my knowledge is limited, I state that my knowledge is limited but offer constructive and logical ideas. Keep this crap for your fellow children and let the adults have a discussion.

Actually probably 90% of my post are backed up by threads from vets, studies and truthfull studies, you claim you are on your 6th cycle and bitch at people for not having a diet or a foundation on check, you are 185-194 lbs after 6 cycles!!!! Lmao...i think your just a wana be vet who really post to just post and really just likes to type. This is not just me noticing, look at how many post you write about, you consider your self a guru but you dont know shyt. Its all personal opinions and bs you come up with, but i though i would call you out on it since its getting old you contradicting some vets that actually have experience and knowlege. Dont be mad, like all of us just sit back know your place in a forum, and respect other people if you want to get respect.

For the sake of a public community, there's no need to exaggerate your own frustration by speaking for other people. For example, I commonly receive thank you's for taking the time to offer in-depth and relevant suggestions. For some strange reason this doesn't happen to you.

I dont expect gratitide or recognition for helping people as i only have knowledge of one compound, i provode advice from others truthfull experiences, i dont lie and say i have experience and make up stuff and try to put it into fancy sentences to make it sound smart when its bs....when i do post productive post i most the time post a thread where the op can go read, because to me, my current knowledge is from me taking time to read not taking time to make up bs. Any way i hope you get a lot of thank yous when you post as it seems thats what you are looking for. And like i said ok your right and drop it, i got the point across your are not aas incline as it clearly shows in your avi and all the bs you post, so do as gixx said and drop it. Ok.

If you were anorexic before this and now you want to get big, you should consider getting some counseling or at least read some books about body image. I am not being condescending...I have been anorexic. I won't tell my whole story, but I have issues...even now. Sort that stuff while you are young if you can. You will be healthier for it.

I agree with everyone above (and have already said) that you should sort out your lifting and diet. You can probably pack on muscle by doing those two things alone.

I don't know a lot about trainers, but I have asked them for advise on occasion. I always ask the one that has the physique I want. That way I know he knows how to accomplish what I am trying to achieve.

Nothing worse than a personal trainer who comes up to you saying your doing something wrong when you have 50+lbs on them.

Thanks for the fees back .... I will post my diet and go from there ... I will find a trainer with the body I'm looking for .... I think you are right , my trainer does seem to happily take my money off me... As for the roids well if your all saying I can do this without I'll try again and again .... I can put the work in just want to know I'm on the right track ......
