There are many work outs look up achieving muscle hypertrophy it can't be implemented in many ways. You should know by now that you can't pick up some
Mag and find a routine and it work perfect for you...
See what Ive always thought is the more smaller meals you do the higher your metabolism is making this a bad trait for trying to put on mass/strength.
Yeah I know man but Ive read ALOT of articles over the years and that article has always stuck out to me as the "secret" of getting bigger. Some people workout and never get bigger because they dont lift with an urgency.
Whats frustrating to me is I already lift with an urgency and push out fast hard reps and still cant break this damn plataeu ive been on for 3-4 years. I mean yeah i went from 315 to 345 lbs... but 30 lbs in 3-4 years? really? Ive just always blamed it on genetics. And that I have reached my genetic potential. I mean I am big. Bigger than all but 1 cousin in my family. And I have like 20+ cousins. 10+ aunts and uncles. And the 1 cousin might be bigger than me but I think I could outlift him if we hit the gym together.
I think if I did the workouts you posted I would get smaller...
But apparently you are not getting it...
Hopefully some one can help you. And maybe you will learn to respect information that is givin to you...
What you are suffering from is just impatience. I started lifting at age 24 won the Australian masters power lifting at age 50. I have peaked many times. Variety in everything, this idea of 1 hour workouts, before competition we train 2 x 3 hour split routines daily 6 days a week. we do this for 4 weeks then rest 1 week. Sometimes train long sessions sometimes busrts, vary weights vary reps, vary everything. Most power lifters are 35 to 40 before they peak. And that is clean. Steriods are for older, fully trained, men. Then the risks decrease and the gains come. Now I am 57 and stronger than ever. I like the way I look and feel. What are we training for? To become as good as we can, and stay there as long as we can. We are not all world champions. But to be the best you can be is enough. At 21 you are growing naturally. anything you do to change natural growth will come back to bite you later. Squat 2 times a week. Bench 2 times a week. Dead lift once. That's 15 hours training. Eat 7 t0 8 meals per day, High carb and high protein. No junk food. Good luck
