Does the word shredded come to mind? Is it me or does his right calf look smaller than his left?

This isn't a flame, and I'm sure you meant this as a joke...but that is an extemely ignorant statement bro. I can guaran-damn-tee that the condition of these two bros is entirely based on diet and cardio!! I would guess that cutting drugs such as clenbuterol, ECA or maybe T3 (not AAS) played about a 10-15% role in accomplishing this condition.

Flame me all you want... That is way too much for me! He looks starved! Congrats on the work to get like that but his skin is paper thin. Looks like an extreme, can't be healthy. I would say another 20 lbs and about 5% more body fat and he would look incredible. Im just not a fan of being that lean. But you do got to have the 6 pack nice and chisled. Just my opinions.

You're right, it's not healthy...but if you read the entire post you would see that this condition was achieved for a contest. Most competitive body builders get down to between 4-7% for a contst...but it's for show day only as it is not healthy nor practical to stay that lean all year round.

whats the diet like, as you said, juice will help but to be cut like that, thats called diet and cardio. when u have time share ur daily diet

  16. #56
Diet was basic, chicken breast 2-3 a day on george forman grill, get up 4 am and get stuff ready, at the gym by 530am, cardio on empty stomach or workout.... then protein shake, pro complex or isopure, no carbs, then first meal about 30 min later wich is oatmeal, can of tuna...
then ever 2 hours all the way till 11pm i have some kind of food in my mouth, sweetoes, pickeled tomatoes, and chicken breast, or steak...
Cardio was done 1-2 times a day for last 2 weeks. Eca was used till 4 weeks of the show, then clenbuterol at 1.20 mcg a day. Aldactone was used 1 week before...

Well, since you asked for some flame--> Another 5% would put him at around 9% which might look better for the beach, but a lot of guys on here either compete or are a fan of competitive bodybuilding. Maybe you should be on chippendales.com.

**** bro u look great..... u go to sleep at 11pm and wake up at 4 30 am? i thought u needed more rest than that? do u work out 7 days a week??.

i'm trying to cut now... i get to do cardio in the am on a empty stomach maybe 2 times a week... if i really wanted to i can make that into 5 times a week... usually i do cardio after i've done my lifting...

how much of an advantage will it be for me if i did wake up an hour earlier and did morning cardio on an empty stomach vs only maybe once or twice a week(only on my days off or weekend.. work every morning at 8)??

u also mentioned u took 120mcg of clen a day.. how long did u use clen??? and did that help u or it didn't??

Clen will definetly help, it raises your body temp so you can burn more calories, but it can hinder your aerobic activity so dont use it before you do cardio or you will be out of breath.
