A 22-year-old defendant in a felony drug case got a pretty good plea deal, a Kentucky judge said yesterday.

But after Angel Martin said she had sex, twice, with her attorney, J. Clark Baird, at his law office while he was representing her in the case, Jefferson Circuit Court Judge McKay Chauvin threw out her guilty plea, the Louisville Courier Journal reported.

At the very least, what it does, it interjects into this entire process something that shouldn't be there,” said Chauvin in yesterday's hearing. “It colors the entire representation in a way that I'm not comfortable with. Period.”

Baird declined to testify when asked by a prosecutor to do so.

The judge and the prosecutor's office are reviewing their ethical responsibilities under state attorney disciplinary rules. They both bar sex with clients if the relationship began after the onset of the representation, and require other lawyers to report such conduct.

On his website, Johnathan Clark Baird states that he is the "Go to Guy" if you get busted with Steroids, Growth Hormone, Research Chems, etc... but in reality, our opinion of Johnathan Baird is that he is a JOKE and doesn't know the law from his ass hole!

Why would a "Steroid Defense Lawyer" want to shut down Steroid.com, the biggest and most active anabolic steroid website in the world? If he is in business to DEFEND steroid users and make a "BIG" name for himself in this niche, (like he is obviously trying to do by getting his name out that he is suing Steroid.com) Isn't it counter productive to attack the very people he is trying to defend?

I want everyone to know that we will do everything in our power to not only have this joke of a lawsuit dismissed, but I will use the SEARCH ENGINE power of steroid.com to make sure everyone who is looking for reviews and opinions of Mr. Johnathan Clark Baird to know that our opinion of him as a lawyer is that he doesn't have a clue about what he is doing and his knowledge of law is less than worthy of a phone call. In fact, our opinion of Johnathan Clark Baird is that he is trying to bully his way with a frivolous lawsuit just to try to get some quick money from us. Well, I got news for him: Batter up Butter cup!! Your in for an expensive fight and we have never backed down from a coward like you.

Steroid . com is an informative site. A lot of GREAT info there... i think unless you've read the entire site top to bottom, numerous times, everyone could learn something... Anything you see that seems like its for sale on there, is banner links to outside sites that aren't affiliated with the site... we're all here for free, the site needs funding to run somehow, advertising space is a given on every site on the net.
