When i get hungry at nite and all my macros are hit and food for the day is eaten and i just have to eat i make 1whole egg and 7eggwhites scrambled together and make a big omelette and put hot sauce on it.. I cant say whether goind over 200cals from that will do aNything or not but its dun me ok.. I havent noticed any probs.. Id try not to make it a habit though.. U wanna stay within ur cAls..
U could also reduce ur portion sizes slightly throughout the day by an oz of meat here and a few grams of whatever there which will add up to another meAl at nite..
