Just got my clen and t3 from ar-r
Can anyone give me some advise on how to use it ? They didn't supply the oral syringe I've got one I use for my kids medicine would that work ?

I am 30 yrs old first time user wanting to drop bf %
85 kgs

Just search clen dosage or whatever you need to know about it, there's so many threads on it. If you can't find an answer to your question then ask. How's your diet btw?

Ok thanks , my diet is good but not always perfect . I have been doing alot of research on here about diet so I'm still working on it
