For that spray? Can't see you needing much more but nolva almost always goes hand in hand with clomid.

Serving wise yes. Getting back to normal depends on what normal for you is. It will add it the start of production of natural test. But I can't see spray being that effective. Are you afraid of needles?

Like I said. If your still hyped up on this spray stuff then it won't really matter. But if you go on to bigger and better things then I'd have both on hand.
