    At that bf - he would have it somewhat already. I couldn't disagree more that hes too over weight. If you still diet thru the cycle your fine. Pics in my profile back up what i say....this isnt a guess - this is what ive done. And im not being rude - I know alot of people think this way but truth is its wrong.

    Anyone that got to be that over weight probably did so by over eating and no exercise. Usually. Right? So lets take me for example. At my highest - 351lbs...I was weak as ****! Bench press was about 100lbs,...lol. And my chest was all fat -- no muscle at all. Now fast fwd to when I do my cycle...after dieting hard for 1 year I am EVEN WEAKER. So the test brings strength up -- and because I was SO FAT and so UNDER DEVELOPED muscle wise - I got such a huge gain from the test - that the skin is starting to stretch out again and not look like im 80. And while its possible....I would have to literally lose 75% of what I gained to get the gyno back. It may sound wierd but anyone that was over weight will understand.

    Maybe it worked for you dieting while you were cycling, but dieting simply is hard - I have a healthy lifestyle and a bf% of 15% (5 feet11 and 200 pounds) - I would say (not to generalize) but if someone doesnt have a good diet before cycling, if he starts his diet thru his cycle, it ain't gona help, it takes a good year to clean up the diet, and not a few weeks!
    I'm happy to hear that it worked for you, but it ain't the case for, I'm taking a wild guess, for 95% of the people that are overweight!

    I would say, no cycles before the age of 26 and above the bf% of 15! Just to be safe not to have horrible side effects, and not to end up as a woman with breast!

    I am inclined to agree with you DigitalGorilla, People generally do get bigger on Test cycles in a way even you did. If your definition of bigger is increasing your lbm, which you did, you got bigger. Fat can come and go depending on what stage you are at in bodybuilding, or if you are putting everything you have into powerlifting. I hear a lot more from people who use AAS for bodybuilding purposes on these forums then I do from powerlifters. A lot of those guys who compete in the worlds strongest man competitions are probably hovering at 20%bf and they are def running cycles. The difference between them and a lot of the 20%bf people we here from in these threads, is the people like the OP who started this thread don't have the same kind of foundation, even if they think they do.

    I am still thinking about this. What if you hit a deficit on a solid lean diet and run just test? What will happen? Will you lose fat and retain LBM or what?

    But, I understand the usual idea - Start lean and gain LBM.

    Ok but agree thats because of LACK OF DEDICATION to the diet? NOT because TEST only makes you bigger. .. I was eating less than 1200 Calories a day - and still doing 45 min of cardio and THEN stregth training after. Every day. I was and still am very dedicated. So maybe we are all right - cause I see your point. MOST over weight people just want the magic pill. And in that case - it means you are lazy --- so yea -- in that case you will get boobs like my gf, ...lol

    I assume that is exactly what would happen, the test should provide greater nitrogen retention in the muscles and should help you maintain strength. And throw in a solid diet and a caloric deficit and one should get shredded up. My friend is perping for a show in August and he has been running a cycle to do just that. He is already big, but he is trying to get down to a super low BF%. The aas are mainly serving to protect muscle and keep up is strength.

    I was literally so fat - i was under developed. Test almost created muscles I didnt have lol. I looked like a deflated balloon. Cause even so fat -- it wasnt bulk at all. it was saturated fat sitting on saturated fat. It was sad actually. In school - when they would do pull ups in gym - i would lie and say i had asthma....just because i never could even do a pull up. Now i do 30 a day. So where i had gyno before - I have a huge lump of chest muscle now that wasnt there before...and it stretched the skin out --- like my trainer described it - I filled up the deflated balloon! But in closing yes - you need to be so healthy and so dedicated before you start a cycle.

    me to...about 90% of the time, sometimes I give in. But when people see the bland food that I bring to work day in and day out they think I am crazy

    Imagine me! I DJ in a strip club with a steak house in it.....and every night I eat pounded chicken with nuthing on it ...follwed by egg whites and carrots. lol

    Just eat steak, I can live off steak for a while. Chicken gets very boring to me.

    Well - Im working on the whole weight loss thing still - so steak goes against that. I eat no red meat at the moment. When i do - I usually gain 10 lbs with in two weeks. It doesnt happen to everyone --- but for me steak is like eating pasta and cheese dipped in chocolate lol. When people ask me how i dropped so much weight and what advice I can give - firsst thing I tell em is stop eating red meat. HOWEVER this only applies to people in the U.S....cause of the shit we shoot into our animals.

    But trust me! Chicken is boring to me too! I wish I could eat steak everyday! My new thing is pounded chicken, with Vinagrette on it. Most vinagrette is fat free and almost no calories...and I add spinach and hot sauce to everything ....lol i know its wierd.
