    Broke down a bit today when I got this guy. Not that bad for you, but the sodium content sure sucks.

    That is one good smoked fish

    Surprised a little by my weight this AM. Weighing in @ 227 flat today. I drank about a gallon and a half of water yesterday hoping to wash out some of that sodium. Not bad, so far this is a 16.5 pound weight drop. Waist is down about another quarter inch. Bi's are also, I do have a some fat on my arms and I guess it's starting to budge.

    Still at it, slacked a bit for the last 2 days and I dropped hard to 224 pounds. I didn't count my food yesterday and was way under the day before. To a standard issue fat ass this is great news, but to me it's not really the case since minimizing muscle loss is just as important as losing my fatness.

    Waist is about the same size and my arms are down just a tiny bit(maybe about 1/8" to 1/4'). Just been super busy for the last 2-3 days. . . . Damn, it sure is easy to lose. I kind of figured, much harder to gain than to lose.

    Fvcking fvck. Been busy as hell, needed to get a POS car to drive to school. That alone took a bit of time then I had to work on it, of course it's a 100+ outside with 25% humidity.

    Today was my first day of class and I caught some nasty ass cold. My ears ache and I am running a slight fever. Man, the timing on this couldn't be any better.

    Sitting at the urgent care now, so I can get some antibiotics.

    Weighed in this A.M. @ 223.5 pounds. 3rd day off from the gym, this blows.

    I still feel like human garbage. Still have this nasty ass sick taste in the back of my throat and my ears crack & pop.

    Still keeping the diet in check though and checking my numbers.

    Slipped up once and had a greasy all meat burrito from the local taco shack. But, that was it aside from the big ugly salty fish.


    Weighing in @ 222 Pounds flat this morning. Waist is down a total of 2"+ from where I started(38" flat now). Arms are still damn near 17.75".



    Sitting here eating a shit ton of apples and taking a ton Vitamin C.

    good on the diet, and it happens at the best of the worst greasy taco joints. measures are even more important IMHO then scale. scale can be misleading!!! you should just about be thru the sickie poos...yayyyyy!!!!!

    It's funny I am down into the low 220's and I feel small. Not very hard, still semi marsmellowy but small. Stupid shit in my head, lol.

    Weighing in right @ 216.5 pounds today. Haven't seen the gym in the week, really sucks. But, my cold is 90%+ gone so I will be ready to hit some weights Monday.

    Waist is down almost another inch, my arms are right at 17.5" Sucks to see the canons go down a half of inch. But, that's just how it is.

    So far since I started I have lost 27 pounds. Got a little under 20 to go!

    Another feast. . . lol

    Back in the gym today, hit shoulders only for 40 minutes.

    Still pushing 80 pound dumbbells on a seated shoulder press, nice

    Still feeling pretty solid. . . . . Just sux seeing my size go a bit, but it was just fat & water. It will be very nice someday when I am weighing in @ 215+ & under 12% Bf.

    Weighing in @ 219 this A.M. - But, I ate a ton of beef roast right before bed.


    Got a good 15-25 pounds left to go. Now, that I am back in gym health it's on like Donkey Kong


    Still thinking of how hard of a cycle I should hit next time. . . . . . . I know test is best, but damn it I want to be mad ripped in weeks(shit I wish) lol < this is why you see the fools roll through here running year long cycles. But, geez coming off that has be true living hell.

    Back at it today, fasted cardio. Walked my fat ass to wally world and back, carrying about 20 pounds of crap on the 1.5 miles back.

    Weighing in @ 218.5, we'll see how this goes. If the fat loss does stop, EC stack time for sure. But, I need to see how it all goes first.

    Sitting at 215.5 pounds as of this morning.

    Feeling good. . . . Strength is still just as good as ever, I say within 95%.

    Hit 85 pound dumbbells on the incline bench today like always. That really makes me feel good since this is the first time I trained my chest in over two weeks.


    Should have about 15 to 20 pounds left to lose. I am in no real hurry, since when I get down to a nice manageable Bf% it's time for more juice and I don't want to cycle too close together.

    Still eatin" the ol" fish

    Coming @ 217 Flat this A.M. But I had this guy right before passing out last night.


    Still kinda high, the weight sure isn't dropping like it did for the first 20 pounds. Nothing unexpected though, no biggie.

    Sitting here having breakfast after a 3+ mile fasted walk. This weight loss shit sure isn't the easiest when the person who's supposed to be helping you actually does the exact opposite. "Hey we should go to breakfast, I want some garbage shit food" < or something to that matter.

    I got the idea from some other guy on here. He posted a pic of everything he ate. It just helps me remember what healthy food is supposed to look like. Stupid, I know. . . . But works for me.

    I must say those mushrooms on the steak look absolutely delicious! I love mushrooms, but rarely buy them for some reason... Do you saute them? Tell me how you get those baby's to look so good..

    Damn, I forgot how hard it is for me to sleep on the EC run. I take my 2nd set at like 3:30, I get tired and go to sleep at like 11-11:30 then I wake up at 7 sharp and just can't sleep any longer. When I usually sleep like an extra hour to 2.

    Down 30lbs in less than 7 weeks? You must feel a whole lot different.

    I know you were only a few weeks out of PCT when you started, confident all the loss is fat and water and not muscle? Either way, it's a big change, are you getting your bf measured at all?

    I am taking constant measurements, don't see a real LBM loss.

    My waist went from 41-42 to 36-37. Arms from 17.75 to 17.5 < This is the best way I can think of watching my LBM loss or gain.

    I feel like I lost a lot of weight, I just feel so much lighter on my feet but still damn strong. Way stronger than I did before my cycle.


    Yesterday I did chest, I was beat from a day of running around and doing heavy ass work all day. But, still wanted to hit the gym. Pushed 205 on a flat bench over 10x without a sweat and I felt like total garbage. Then hit incline dumbells of 75 after doing a decline of 205.

    I'll post a pic up soon to see if I can get a estimate on my Bf%. I check it at the gym with the elctro hand held POS. But, that accuracy has to be even worse than a calibrated eye ball.
