Im doing 8 week bulk tryin to get to 210lbs and then 4 weeks cut hopefully to:
205(ish)lbs 7.8% bf![]()
Thats really good well done. How many years have you trained? How many cycles? Why dont you lean bulk instead of having a normal bulk then cut after?
been training off and on for years. this past year has been really great for me cuz of this forum and my diet as a results of being here + i found out i was low test and started TRT back in november of last year.
NO cycle experience. running 160mg test cyp per week and been on it for 9months.
i dont care about lean bulking at this point. however i may still be doing what u would consider a lean bulk. i keep carbs mostly complex and all meat lean. im eating around 500cals above maintenance. cutting i do well and enjoy. i have confidence in my ability to cut so im not too worried. i doubt ill gain a ton of fat in an 8week period anyways. (fingers crossed)

oh, also, how did you calculate the macros and cals that i need for a cut for my height and weight?? is there an online calculator??
