I am not sure what state you are in but in most it is (referred) to as MINOR in possession but is actually (Possession of Alcohol By Persons Under the Age of 21) or the same juvenile offense for those under 18.

Actively being enforced? No. But it will hold up in court, it's the law. They can't pick and choose what laws they adhere to. They're just too lazy to go through the motions to change the law.

Something similar is happening to me too but thankfully not going to court, I just took the fine even though it wasn't justified imo.

What I learned is it does not pay to tell the truth when you are innocent. If you are innocent it's OK to lie to prove it because the cops will lie to prove you are guilty. Deny, Deny, Deny.... Never admit you did ANYTHING wrong.

Seriously? I dont think it's any more stupid than women who get married then refuse to put out after acting like a whore before marriage knowing it's a source of control over the husband. I think some guys who got burned made the law and it's more of a deterrent for women NOT to marry with false pretenses so to speak. NO I dont think it should be forced by either party but it should not be withheld either for no reason.

I'm not arguing either way for this law, but I see this crap all the time, for instance my dad's wife has her claws deep, has complete control over him through sex, it's pathetic. Tons of women use it to control their husbands, it's wrong, but I would never let it happen to me.

Mostly happens in my country. If a criminal was shot by a police it's a human rights violation. But when a police was shot by a criminal it's just all part of the job. Lolol!

Sorry Byts but had you been drinking when you posted this? "cops will LIE to PROVE you are INNOCENT"! I am pretty sure they have better things to to than to go around all day proving that millions of ppl are innocent lol.

I love this argument. The HUGE number of ppl who have been falsly accused by cops! While I am not denying that it happens ( I have seen it). It is really a small % compared to the # of times they are right. And honestly, if you DID do something wrong. Shouldn't you man up and admit it and take your lumps or am I the only one whos parents taught him that shit???

No, you shouldn't "man up and admit it." That's what the court system is for. If you have faith in the cops like this, you should have no problem putting your faith in the system to determine the truth if somebody was guilty or not.

I was jokingly saying that. I see that law as a way to get both parties in trouble. I mean the wife will be in trouble for resisting, and the husband will be in trouble for rape.

So am I reading into this correctly? If you do something wrong it's perfectly ok as long as you either A) don't get caught or B) can not be proven guilty in a court of law?

Whatever happened to good old fashioned morals? By this logic it would seem that it should be perfectly acceptable that OJ slaughtered his wife and boyfriend because he did not admitt it and they could not prove it. It's not ABOUT having faith in cops it's about right and wrong.

As a teenager I had ny fair share of scrapes with the police. Whenever I was confronted and questioned (by the way I was always guilty of whatever they accused me of) I simply bowed my head in shame and admitted my stupidity. Maybe I am alone here!!!!

    Situational ethics is wrong mmmmmmmmkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk..

what if your mom were raped and killed, as long as the guy didn't get caught and proven that he did it, he should be good to go??? how many witnesses do we need to prove guilt??

I always think it is interesting when morals (or ethics) comes up on a forum full of guys breaking the law.

Gixx I think you missed my point. I am not saying I am free from sin or that I stand on some sort of moral high ground. If using me as an example helps then so be it. I know that since I made the decision to use steroids that if I were caught then I would have to "take my lumps" I would not make excuses, blame others, point fingers or even bother to resist questioning. I would like to think that I would admit that I made a mistake in breaking the law and that I was willing to accept whatever punishment was handed to me and I would hope that my honesty and respectful manner would earn me some lenientcy.

I realize as I am typing this it makes me somewhat of a hypocrit but I just believe that we all make mistakes but when confronted with those mistakes we as men should man up and face the music.

I understand your thinking. I like fast cars and I speed...sometimes excessively (in short bursts with no one else around - safety first). I have been pulled and have always "taken my lumps" because I made the decision. Plus, what cop would believe that I was really late for my brain cancer surgery?

I know but someone reported me for driving and im sure the cops would coaurse your man into saying all the right things if it went to court it's a joke of a system all over the world to be honest. They are all the same.
