Valdas with him also? Big huge dude shredded? Ahh ya he is pretty intense I think started out at a rediculasly tiny weight and has commited himself 100% to powerlifting to be fair to him. And made it into a business to fend for himself he has gotten a lot of his gear custom made by local manufacturers he's a cool dude to be fair to him and as you say work outs with him are pretty heavy.

After pre judging I'd say Kai is in better condition but he'll have to oust the current champ which isn't easy as Phil looks good too.
Impressed with Dexter too.
Not sure about Branch, agree his right leg is fooked, he'll make top 5 based on his name rather than condition me thinks.

Yeh been moved quite a bit with the job, it's really after affecting my training in the last year need to get the head down and lean out and put on some quality muscle again. I'm back int he motherland now thankfully but could be moved again. Need to find a gym down here been outta loop.

Real hard to split Kai and Phil I think Phil is just that little bit ahead just due to his genetic shape he looks a bit fuller but damn Kai is a beast
