Great post, thanks!
Great post, thanks!
Informative post, thanks!!
Great information especially when the caliper (4 point) is giving very low levels of bf% that are not true.
It gives at least a better estimation than those calipers or electronical devices then..
My girlfriend is at 40% body fat.![]()

Great post!
Funny, I was looking for something like this on line last night!
Anyone have any idea how accurate a good quality bathroom scale is at measuring BF %?
Anyone knows if handheld BMI and BF machines are accurate? Because the one I used displayed 15% BF and 21 BMI and I think I'm more around 20% BF looking at the women in those pics..
^^^ not very accurate. bod pod is much better. google bod pod in your local area![]()
I like the pics as it gives a great reference point. I also can show my girl friend (who started training) what the different states look like with out being a d!ck
bumpity bump!
Nice! Now I can show my girlfriend her BF %!
Wow, that's crazy. it's cool to see the differences!
this thread is from long ago.but it helps me a lot. thank you
Perfect post.
Great post! Very interesting.
Researching a little more about this as I was curious to see what I am at using a scan.
Found some vids .

Seems people to underestimate their BF levels. A lot of fat cannot be seen hence the scan.
Underestimating or overestimating might throw off bmr and calories.
I myself have been way overeating.
Interesting stuff. I expected these guys to come in less .
Great post. Thanks.
