Although a lot of men out there are very jealous, I am not of that type. My last girlfriend was allowed to do pretty much whatever she wanted. I trusted her to do the right thing and I have no reasons to believe she cheated on me or did anything wrong. I don't believe in restraining someone or having a 'tag' on them as it was put earlier in the thread. However, there is a strong possibility that my friend is of that mentality.

As for the shortage of women comment, I live in a 50,000 people town in northern Alberta that has a high male to female ratio. It is an oilfield based town and most people coming here are men working. The amount of female and the percentage of them that are up to my standards is quite limited believe it or not.

well at 50000 people lets say 75% of them are men. this would leave 12500 females. if only 5% of those 12500 qualify to ur standards it still leaves 625 women for u to peruse.. (or in light of the circumstances maybe i should say 624)

First, as a general observation I would say it's more along the lines of 1% in this town. I come from a big city where females are very attractive. My standards are quite high. And next, out of that one percent, you gotta remove the ones that have boyfriends / husbands. And I can assure you that with the amount of male attention women get in this town, it ends up being very slim pickings for everyone.
