16-18 weeks is nessary if its your first show. over the years u know what works and when to start. if you start doing guest posing and sponsor events u end up staying pretty learn half the year anyways.

I didn't think tren would hold much water would it really make that much difference? Remember OP is planning on using 350mg/week.

Yes tren does hold water especialy when your coming to contest day using other compounds with it, you want to start drying out and slowly dispersing the water weight, that why you should drop the compounds pre contest or just run small amounts. Remember your not in a state to build tissue its about about maintaining what you have while you reduce the fat/water from the body

I think of all the advice given in this thread Marcus's has been spot on, the tiny amount of gains due to continued use of the TrenA will be more than offset by the dry out and hardening provided by dropping it.
