btw, this is a great opportunity of maximizing your ability to do one arm pullups. I figure by the time your wing is healed, you should be able to do at least 50 one armed, right?

GGR for sure best wishes on the surg and a rapid and full recovery. You seem to be a very strong willed person so I am sure you will do fine with it as determination is 98% of the game post surg.

I don't even know what that is. Shoulder region, but thats about it.

A guy at the gym just had shoulder surgery and they had him in the sling for 6 weeks. The first part of PT was them working on rom. He didn't do anything. They did all the movement of the arm. I'm sure thats alread been discussed. So nvm me!

Would have been nice but got behind pain coming off the pain block and couldn't get back to sleep. Watched sex in the city movie just to see Carrie shoes and style and Ithe closet!
I am doing the ROM therapy now and then I will be ready for that sponge bath and ice pack!
