    Water and BCAA's if needed.

    I keep powerade/jack3d in my gym bag just in case I need it.

    I'm still baffled buy the guy who drinks 2 gallons of water during a workout. I'd have to be at the gym for 8 hours.

    quite a lot of gym time might be wasted going to the toilet...

    Actually i dont go to the restroom at all except when im done when i go to the locker room to eat and shower and go to work, i sweat a bit but not profusely.

    I've been taking SciVation Xtend. I am not exactly sure how much it helps but I seem to enjoy cardio a little more compared to h2o.

    I have this pre workout called " mesomorph " never tried it until recently ( bad idea while on tren lol ) made me feel cracked out in the gym

    Coffee gives me the SAME energy as my prework outs I used to take. But no lethargic of weak/fainting feeling when squatting or dead lifting.

    If I didn't have all of this pre workout shit on hand already(that I got for free). I would just drink coffee. I see the old schoolers at my gym and that's all they drink.


    Way better than this powder garbage.
