I'm still baffled buy the guy who drinks 2 gallons of water during a workout. I'd have to be at the gym for 8 hours.
I can't believe it tonight. Saw a dude drinking a Starbucks frap drink while working out. Frickin everyone was staring at him.
1 CC of B12 for me.....and maybe a small bottle of water...
I've been taking SciVation Xtend. I am not exactly sure how much it helps but I seem to enjoy cardio a little more compared to h2o.

I have this pre workout called " mesomorph " never tried it until recently ( bad idea while on tren lol ) made me feel cracked out in the gym
Coffee gives me the SAME energy as my prework outs I used to take. But no lethargic of weak/fainting feeling when squatting or dead lifting.
o and I take a scoop of c4 extreme and a scoop of nitraflex.. love it
