Needless to say I'm really disappointed with the ban. I still hope to get that account back and finish my cycle log. Finding a decent cycle log on this site is very rare, and even those who do make it to the end display pathetic results simply because they have no business messing with the stuff in the 1st place.

I just got back from 4 days in Missouri and that place is depressing period! It's filled with a whole lot of nothing. I hope the rest of the Midwest isn't that depressing. I went expecting to see snow and got 60-70 degree weather. As soon as I left it snowed wtf! I'll keep my GA weather though. Constant cold weather has got to suck! Give me beach weather any day!

How, in Gods name, DID I MISS THIS FREAKING THREAD!!! Ive been spending way too much time in the Q&A. Back to the topic, I hated how this kid was constantly in contrast to members who know what they are talking about. He was disrespectful to Marcus first, that I noticed, by claiming pain is not nessecary for adding mass and building muscles, and just wasnt important. We know who to listen to in that scenario. Then the Bear next by saying he would compete against him and win with his diet plan, and that the Bears eating throughout the day, and getting up at night was dumb because "disrupted sleep patterns where terrible, anabolically. And sound sleep would be better than calories." Just totally against people who actuall know. I made the statement to him once, not sure if PM or open, that he was a 21 year old with no AAS or lifting experience and these guys have been doing this for longer than hes been born. He basically just came back and said that knowledge of todays BBs are proving the old school thinking wrong. So dumb. Troll for sure, and I dont make acusations often.
