Good advice, I think I will do just that after my shoulder heals. After I get on stage the first time i'm guessing it will get easier.

Just the once. Made a deal with wife fiancé at the time. Not to again. We got married 7 weeks into my 15 week cut. Clen and t3 plus stavration made me an angry person. It's hard on a relationship if the other isn't into it. Been thinking about doing a masters. Will have to ease her into it. Now is not a good time with a 2 yr old and trying to expand my business.

Many of the dudes I've seen compete in masters look better than guys my age competing.
