I agree that candidiasis should be considered but as far as I know it typically causes red dots not bumps. Also i don't think candidiasis is usually associated with excessive skin growth and shedding. But I could be very well be wrong.It sounds like candidiasis (aka thrush), a single 150mg dose of Fluconazole (brandiflucan) should clear it up within a couple of days. Also refrain from the activities which may be irritating the condition obviously. If not that, then I would say a laytex allergy is plausible, but symptoms should have resolved within 3-4 days after discontinuing activity, and you can try 50mg of Diphenhydramine to see if it attenuates your symptoms, but I'm about 80% sure its candidiasis bro...
