I think there is a pretty big/muscular semi pro body builder somewhere underneath that winter coat.
Considering all the extra BF you actually have a good shape. You are not a round fat blob but DAMN boy you need to do a serious cut and then NEVER gain it back.
You look like one of the old time strong man or wrestlers from the 70s.
