Still dropping bf, and chest seems to be filling out a bit more. Haven't started cardio yet! Plus I'm only down 4lbs since the start, so I'd journey to say that my recomp is working so far.
A little bump for some BF estimates if you would be so inclined. The last several pics are the most recent with the oldest only being a couple weeks ago.
