    Not where I wanted to be at this point, but I'm hoping I can keep recomping a bit longer before heading into the cut for August. Haven't even started cardio yet. Gonna be rough when I do though, haven't done it in about a year now.

    Thanks. I've never been very vascular, even at my leanest, but seems to be popping out a little more here and there.

    Still dropping bf, and chest seems to be filling out a bit more. Haven't started cardio yet! Plus I'm only down 4lbs since the start, so I'd journey to say that my recomp is working so far.

    Honestly I'm unimpressed, which is why I haven't logged much on it. I'm in week 6 and I've seen some improvements, but nothing that my diet alone wouldn't do. So I'm assuming its either under dosed or just completely bunk.

    Last few weigh ins I've been between 165 and 167. Haven't varied much but have dropped BF pretty well so my recomp is working well.

    Altogether though I'm a lot lighter than I had hoped coming up on the August date. Been thinking about pushing it off to the Memphis show in October to get a couple more months in. If I'm still off my mark then, I may wait till next year before getting on stage.

    So stats today are 5'5" 165 and as visibly lean as I've ever been in a completely relaxed pose. Anyone have a guess at the BF?

    Maybe 15% maybe a little under. Definite progress though, keep it going
