How you become a member of staff? Well you know that scene in Pulp Fiction...

To get a foot on the staff ladder you have to be helpful to the members, you have to be active on the board, have some knowledge and be recognised by staff for your conduct. Once you get on the ladder you watch and learn how things done and then if your recognised again for having further potential you move up the ranks. I wouldn't say its a quick process more of a gradual incline. We try and to have a diverse group of staff members with there own strengths in certain areas so on the whole the team is strong with no weakness's.
