Ok so lets see..
Thursday was leg day
BB squats: 120kg x 5, 140kgs x 3 x 5 (felt strong even though I didn't eat much all day)
Leg press 120kgs each side x 12, 160kgs each side x 3 x 8-12
Lunges with 20kg DBs 3 x 10
Standing calf raise 2 x 8reps
(Cut short as I was at my work gym)
Very happy about those squats though!!
I pinned on Thursday and upped my dosage from 600mg to 750mg, so we will see how it goes![]()
