    Ok so lets see..

    Thursday was leg day
    BB squats: 120kg x 5, 140kgs x 3 x 5 (felt strong even though I didn't eat much all day)

    Leg press 120kgs each side x 12, 160kgs each side x 3 x 8-12

    Lunges with 20kg DBs 3 x 10

    Standing calf raise 2 x 8reps

    (Cut short as I was at my work gym)
    Very happy about those squats though!!

    I pinned on Thursday and upped my dosage from 600mg to 750mg, so we will see how it goes

    Friday (yesterday) was going to be a rest day, but my mate wanted to back so I agreed!

    It went like this:

    Rack pulls:
    100kgs x 5, 120kgs x 5, 160kgs x 5, 180kgs x 2 x 5 (lol! Last week I did 120 max haha)

    Close grip pulldowns:
    70kgs x 12, 90kgs x 10, 100kgs x 8, 95kgs x 8

    Hammer strength row:
    2 plates each side x 12, 3 plates each side x 12,
    4 plates each side x 2 x 12 (one arm at a time for the last two sets)

    Standing Bicep curls BB ss with DB pullovers.
    40kg x 4 x 8-10
    30kg pull overs x 3 x 8-12

    Rope hammer curls 22.5kgs
    Rear delt flys 7plates. 4 x 10-15reps
    Seated calf machine 80kgs

    These last three were all supersetted BOOM!

    Great back session, Lower back feels very healthy and strong! Loving it!

    Time to up the cardio and up the food!

    Push day yesterday!

    Gym was packed to the brim.. After all it was international chest day, funnily enough, every bench was taken!!

    So I started with OHP
    60kg x 10, 70kg x 5, 80kg x 2 x 5, 75kg x 8

    Incline bench DB:
    30kg x 10, 40kg x 6, 50 kg x 5-7 reps (very pleased)

    Decline BB
    90kg x 3 x 8-10reps

    Cable flys 15kg x 10reps ss triceps under-grip pull down 20kg x 20reps ss triceps over-grip 20kg x 20reps
    (4sets of this giant set)

    No time for rear delts

    Tonight was leg day!!

    People are noticing/commenting everywhere I go that I am just massive haha. Loving life!

    Weighed in at 97.4kg tonight as well BOOOM!!!!

    BB back squats 60kg, 100kg x 6, 120kg x 5, 140kg x 5, 160kg x 4, 160kg x 5 (very happy) took it out of me though

    Leg press
    7 plates each side 4 x 8-11 reps

    One leg extensions 40kgs x 4 8-11 reps

    Seated calf 4 plates 4 x 12-15 reps (failure)

    Standing calf 3 x failure, last set rest pause and a drop!! Crazy burn!

    Things to note:
    - Need my calves to come up (do first next leg day)
    - Need my upper chest more developed (next push day, 2 exercises of incline
    - More ab work + forearms

    Now it's be time, I'm fvcked

    Did you have to show us your ass crack? Lol. Weight gain looks good, what's the goal?

    The goal is 100kgs. Bigger calves and abs.. Also want to bring my legs up.

    Been a few days since I've logged but I had a break over the weekend!

    Trained chest, shoulders and tris (nothing to comment on) ie no strength gains

    Rest on Sunday.
    Trained legs Monday PB on front squats
    100kg x 4 x 5

    Hack squats: 45kgs each side 4sets

    SL deads: 80kg x 3 x 9
    supersetted with single leg extensions 4sets of 10-12

    Seated calve raise 4plates 12-15reps 4 sets

    Standing calf raise 7plates 3sets 6-8reps
    Good session. Very sore today

    Back and Bis yesterday

    Bent over row smith machine 40kg x 4 x 10

    Shoulder width Undergrip pull downs 95kg x 3 x 8-10

    One arm single row. 45kg x 4 x 12

    Shrugs 140kgs x 4 x 12-20reps
    ss with rope face pulls 4 sets

    Preacher curl 15kgs each side 4 x 5-6 reps
    (Last set to failure including negatives)

    Cable Reverse straight bar curl 15kgs x 3 x 10

    Its push day today! I'm feeling quite tired! I don't know if I should have the day off or have a Deload day and do a reverse push day, ie tris first (dips) then chest then shoulders etc!

    Alright so tonight was push day. I didn't end up deloading, but probably should of haha, twinged my shoulder a little 3rd exercise.

    OHP:
    60kg x 10, 80kg 2 x 5, 1 x 4, 77.5kg x 4

    Flat BB bench:
    90kg x 8, 115kg x 5, 120kg x 4 x 2, 110kg x 5

    Incline BB:
    80kg x 8

    Incline DB:
    32.5kg x 4 x 10 (my shoulder hurt from the incline BB)

    Lying Tricep extension:
    40kg x 4 x 10
    ss with incline DB flies 20kg x 4 x 10

    Tricep pulldown:
    37.5kg x 4 x 10, last set a drop set (3)

    Yesterday Back and Bis
    Did bis first to mix things up.

    Preacher curl
    40kg + bar (50kg) 4sets of 6-7reps

    Close grip cable row
    4 x 12reps

    Undergrip pull ups
    4 x 12-8 reps last 2 sets assisted

    Close grip pendlay row
    70kg x 4 x 12reps

    DB pull overs
    37.5kg x 4 x 10reps supersetted with
    Reverse straight bar curls
    22.5kg x 4 x 12 reps

    Face pulls
    4 sets x 12 reps

    Today was Push day

    Chest, shoulders, tris

    Incline DB
    Ended up doing 50kg x 3 x 7 reps, first set at 42.5kg x 8

    Incline BB
    100kg x 5, 90kg x 7, 80kg x 2 x 7-9reps

    DB shoulder press
    27.5kg x 10reps, 30kg x 3 x 8-10reps

    Side raises
    12.5kg x 3 x 12reps

    Tricep pull downs
    4sets to failure

    Over the head tricep rope pull
    3sets to failure

    Pec Flys
    3 sets ss
    Hammer strength push
    3sets

    Reverse tricep pull down
    3sets

    Haven't logged consistently for a while! Still been going hard! Today I did legs and calves.

    Squats. 4 sets: 180kg for 2 reps! Very happy
    160kg x 6
    120kg x 10

    Leg press.
    7plates x 4 x 10 reps (last set was a drop to 5 plates)

    Straight leg deads 80kg x 3 x 10
    Supersetted with
    Single leg extensions 40kg x 4 x 12reps

    Seated calf raise 3plates x 5 x 12-15reps

    Not sure if you will reply its been a while since your last post.
    Just wondering how you found the genpharma test?
    I got some and have heard people saying its under dosed?
