Based on everything that I read weekly or twice a week protocols provides the best impact with the least amount of side effects. My doctor has ordered me for 200mg depo-T for every two weeks so I need to find some ammunition to argue my case. The attached graph is great but can you help me to interpret it the right way.

Does the graph apply to ALL dosage levels? So if my doctor were to pump me 400mg every two weeks, then would I still run empty on day 9? Did you have research paper where you acquired the graph (I could point the doctor into the article)?

I manage to convince the doctor to do the shots every two weeks by just applying the basic half-time math showing that the starting levels would have to be ridiculously high in order to have sensible levels at the end of week 4. Now I need to have something to convince him to move me into 100mg weekly dosage.

I had my first shot almost two week ago so it is probably a bit too early for me to argue that I'm crashing as we just started the treatment but I would like to get some research based materials to support my argument as the doc seems to be open listening as long as I can scientifically prove my point.
