Thread: 5th Cycle all info log

    Started doing cardio last night. Did 5 mins on the bike then ran for 7 minutes before my calves became too tight and sore. Was kinda happy that i could of kept on going in terms of fitness wise as i wasn't even puffing yet. Gonna give it another crack tonight as well, basically just trying to get the k's in my legs now as footy pre season has started.

    All done and dusted. Hopefully go again this time next year depending on the blood test results
