Look for a sensitive estradiol assay. Not the regular estradiol. It's usually < 39. So you want to stay away from 0, and keep below 39.

But yes, so long as you're in range you're fine. SERMs can be used if you're already elevated, at least until you bring it down.

First of all I would like to say that your posts are definitely some of the most informative and well structured I have read! I am a newbie for sure but trying to learn all I can. I made the error that a lot of others evidently have done as well. I received my Test c in the mail and upon the advice of someone who turned out not to know much began injecting 1ml of test c (10/250) twice a week with nothing else. I have low t and after further reading have changed to .5ml 2x a week. I am a little confused on whether people use AI's like say Exemestane 25mg/day with DIM or would DIM alone be effective for me? I definitely noticed the effects of too much estrogen from the original dosage of the 1ml (10/250) 2x a week and lost much of the initial improvement I had definitely noticed. I have planned to buy DIM and star those asap. DO I need to order Exemestane as well? Any help is much appreciated. Sorry if I have asked something that is explained elsewhere but there is definitelya LOT of info to learn and understand. Many thanks

I didn't understand what you said.

If you're saying that 2 years later he developed gynecomastia, and you haven't checked blood work since then, then no. You don't need arimidex. You need to confirm gynecomastia. Have him see a doc to confirm.

If E2 is high after 2 years of discontinuing use, then he may just be hypersensitive. Some people are naturally high and the body is used to it. In these cases, it will do no harm. Puffy nipples could be anything as stated in this article. If higher than range e2 is of concern and no drugs are being used, see a doctor.

^ Man that is one massive paragraph. My eyes are too old for that.

From what I understand, you're asking if DIM would suffice on cycle. (Not sure how that is related to this thread).

If that's your question, the answer is no. DIM is useful if an AI dose has you hovering slightly over range, or if you're a TRT patient. It is not strong enough to combat high cycle doses of testosterone.

    Great read, awesome work.

Am I right that nolvadex could also be used to reverse gyno. Something like 30-40mg ED on-cycle until the gyno is becoming less worse and then continue nolva at 10-20mg ED throughout the whole cycle until PCT starts and then take the dosages you had planned for PCT for nolva?

Yes, but you could run it at 20mg. No need for more.

I saw you said you can develop gynecomastia even if you had surgery before. That isn't true, when you do the surgery they remove the 'female' gland. So unless you are talking about just liposuction you're wrong.
