Since you've asked for something which would be OTC/home remedy I'd say garlic works best. Increase the amount of garlic in your diet and you will see a change. It's the oldest remedy we've known for high cholesterol and to lower BP.
All the natural remedies and supplements that are available are for prophylaxis only... Once you have moderate to high cholesterol/BP you're gonna need a prescription d rug.
If it gets too high, stopping steroids won't help... you're going to have to see a doctor. So I'd say go to a doctor now and get yourself checked... the most he or she will do is prescribe you a couple of anti-hypertensives which will ease the work load on your heart and lower your BP... you don't have to tell your doc about AAS.
Yes, very old remedy but my stomach says NO to garlic. Lol

The doctor says garlic, then garlic it is! lol, it hasn't been crazy high yet but for some reason the first d-bol of the day gives it to me the worst. I don't know if it's correlation or causation, but when I get that heavy, lethargic, tight feeling in my body, my BP is always higher. Other than the obvious more serious dangers (like death XD), does high blood pressure hinder performance? Like is it better to make sure it is lower before lifting?

Hypertension doesn't hinder performance until it causes headaches, nosebleeds, a stroke, etc.
