I have what they call a self cleaning house...you make a mess, you clean it yourself
seriously though... we used a maid service here called Molly Maids and while they did not look anything like these ladies, they were very thorough and it cost us $150.
Is that per week trik?Originally Posted by trikydik

Lmfao jesus christo man you guys nail me every time.
I would have never of gotten married if I was going to keep cleaning my own house. It would be like doing you're own laundry.
So you just call when you need them, or are they on a rotating schedule 1x per wk or 1x every 2 wks?Originally Posted by trikydik
Good point. And I'm sure there are options for additional cost such as laundry. We have a sh*t ton of laundry. I wouldn't so much mind doing laundry if I didn't have to do everything else too.Originally Posted by diesel101

I use to pay $60-80 every 2 weeks. It was every week but my house cleaner said Bi weekly would be better since I kept my house so clean there was not need for weekly. She/They have always said they like cleaning my house since they always know what to expect. Most clients seem to trash their house the day before cleaning?
Now that I'm married again, I need to hire a maid since it's always messy.Only if I would listen to my own advice... lol
Haha.. No come back chad!! LolOriginally Posted by chadcuz1985
We're far from dirty, so I think we could get away with every two weeks as well. The dusting, vacuuming, cleaning floors, cleaning bathrooms is what I would need them to do. We can handle dishes, laundry and everything else no problem.Originally Posted by lovbyts
Wife and I were just talking about this. I was saying that we should provide the cleaning supplies and let them use our vac because it's a good one. I've seen some of the crap equipment they use and dollar store supplies.Originally Posted by lovbyts
I used Molly Maid for the first time this past week. They charged me $165 for 90min. I didn't have them do every last thing. Just gave them 90min worth of stuff to do, main stuff to see how'd they do. They send at least 2 maids at a time, so you can get a lot done in 90min. They have better prices. Not the best prices but decent for weekly or every 2 or 3 weeks. Anyway, they did a good job. I'll probably hire them again. I do have one other lady I'm going to try, very cheap but we'll see.
Does anyone remember the name of that maid service where they send really sexy Asian broads over to clean... naked?
Got Maid, Laundry and Food service each day in my new location. Costing me about $20/week.
Thanks

We have a bi-weekly & it runs us $60 . I recently wanted to cut back to once a month but it was going to run us $90 & I never looked into anyone else . We have had the same girl for 2 years now & I guess I am satisfied or my wife is at least.
$20/week!? That seems too good to be true.Originally Posted by tarmyg
Seems like a great deal so you have an independent lady or so you go through a service?Originally Posted by Bedford
BTW you can join Angies list to see local ratings. I have been trying not to join but due to all the bad luck with work that was done on my house I finally joined.
A little trick, sign up but dont join/pay. They will immediately give you an discount and within a couple of days email you up to 40% off, then if you use paypal it's another 20% off. I paid $20 for 1yr and now have sent off several emails for some more work I need done to finish up my house I dont have time to really do myself in a short amount of time.
Wow nice tip. Think I'll do that. Thanks man.Originally Posted by lovbyts
Lmao.. Cheap rent, laundry and food service?! Haha. Moms are great.Originally Posted by Honkey_Kong
I think that's the way to go. More affordable and probably more detail orientedOriginally Posted by Bedford
I think so too , I wouldnt want a service of something like that sending someone different at anytime. I like to know the person who is going through my stuff & that has that kind of access to anything they see in my home.
I should point out this is in my location in India ;-)
Thanks
