I do a hit method occasionally Golds calls it grit it kicks my ass. But I have strength for a longer workout I cannot lift a ton of weight to tire myself out but it I drop the weight I can lift lift lift. I'm not sure what I need. I know TRT isn't a cycle and I'm not sure what blasting is. I just want to see definition
Don't get the HIT method referred to here confused with high intensity cardio classes such as Grit. Marcus300 has a great thread on it. Also look up Dorian Yates for explanations and videos on hit.

Approximate lbm. Check out the nutrition section, they will square you away from the nutrition side.

Another thing, you cant rely on just the scale. Start taking pictures about once every 3 or 4 weeks and compare month to month. You might be surprised the changes.

    Ok
So I have been working out my way
What do you guys recommend for a 4-5 day workout. I have been following a loose schedule of M-legs T-bi's/shoulders W-cardio class T-tris/back F-chest.
What exercises should I do with what reps

Hit the training section. They will help you with that. There is a lot of knowledge there.

Needing 200mg per week is rare, but not B.S. either. I would say starting TRT at that level is the wrong way to go. Speaking from personal experience, I started at 200mg/wk under care of my primary and have since switched to a urologist who backed me down to 100/wk when my total test came back almost twice normal range.

I agree. It's best to start low and titrate up gradually as needed. I would love to be one of the guys who only need 80-120 mg, but it is not in the cards for me. I dropped down to 180 for a while hoping I could get away with less and it dropped my free T in nearly half and I felt terrible.

I'll retract the "rare" classification. I was actually supporting the argument that 200mg is toward the higher side but still completely acceptable based on the individual.
