12/06/2014 Deadlifts + Chest
Not sure how this happened but I haven't done deadlifts nor trained chest for 10 days haha, been focusing on my wheels too much!
Deadlifts: 70KG X 10 X 5 SETS (holyshit I could only lift 70kg for 1 set of 5....10 days ago)
60KG X 10 X 5 SETS
Bench: 40KG X 5 X 5 SETS (again...holyshit, massive pump)
30KG X 10 X 5 SETS
Can't be bothered writing out my entire workout, loving the var so far!!
Rapid strength increases...any sides?
So, what r your thoughts on the juice so far?
Considering upping the dose?
Considering lowering the dose?
Gradually tapering up
Gradually tapering down?
Adding anything else to the cycle?
What are you thinking of the whole idea? Worth it? Going to do it again?

I meant more like adding it one of my cycles. . . . . . I got some for my woman, but it's only enough for 10mg per day for 60 days. For me - that will do straight nothing. She hasn't been srs enough to want to take it.
I know I'll just get antsy one of these days and just eat it over a 2 week period. . . . lol
I always thought guys would use Var to finish a cycle, in more of a "finishing touch" style idea.
But I suppose Tren/Mast etc if you are at a low enough BF would do similar or even better things for the end of your cycle.
Anyway, goodluck with the rest of your cycle GP, I will check in at the end to see the results.

I dunno, the orals I have taken burned me pretty badly. I have gotten such awful heart burn with every oral steroid I have tried.
Are you getting any heart burn from this? I don't think you mentioned it in here anywhere.
But, yeah - I'm close to just saying injectables only. I just don't think it's necessary since there are quite a few very good injectables.

50kg front squats for 10
30kg incline/decline bench for 15 (seemed really easy, never done decline before)
