Still here folks, just nothing to really report. My last pin is this Wednesday. I'll update everything then and pop in now and again through PCT. Also I will condense everything into a little guide...what I did...what I would do different. A beginners guide for beginners if you will.
Took my last pin yesterday, so now starts the next phase of the journey. I started out at 220 and now sit at 265. Currently I feel sore and beat up, I pushed my self very hard and ate like a monster. I don't look like I gained a lot of fat, if I were to guess I would say 5-10 pounds maybe. I for sure gained a lot of muscle and water at the same time. I will get some pics put up in the next couple days. I am curious how much water I will drop since I ended up doing three weeks of dbol at the end.
The only sides I really saw were, poor skin, puffy nipples, and some bloat. No gyno, hair is looking good, and my mood was about the same. The only thing I really noticed is my inability to keep up a relationship with one women. Previously I was good at staying with one person but I jumped around a lot...Tinder was a bad idea.
I do legs today, last workout with my gear in full swing. After this workout I need to do a deload. Also I am going to switch to every other day 5/3/1 for my PCT. Once I feel normal again I am going back to 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off. Also after PCT I will pile all of this into one write up. Thank you anyone who followed this and I hope it was helpful.
263 this morning. I think once all the water comes off I should be about 255. Just looking at myself in the mirror, I look definition wise about 230. Curious what I will look like after I strip this fat off. I think I put on 10-15 pounds of muscle, 10 of water, and 5 or so of fat.
Well...One week in to PCT and I feel fine. Did two deload work outs, today will be my first day back. Mood is great sex drive. ...so....so...
Down to 258. Lost a ton of water...and feel much better. First real day back in the gym (non-deload). Strength is where it was, put 300x10 at my last set. Sex drive is fine...mood is good....coming off isnt that bad...thus far.
Wooo... woke up at 250 today. Still 32 pounds higher then when I started. Lost a ton of water. Feels good to not be all bloated. I personally think I look a little better now.
Well I'm still here. Feeling good. Today is four weeks since the last pin. Sex drive is normal, side are all good. Did lose a little strength in my bench....squat stayed the same. Just keeping my mind right and hitting it hard so nothing much to report. PCT is a lot better then a thought. Sex drive was a little iffy the first 2.5 weeks. But now I am good to go.
