Holy **** that's was way out line and certainly not operating in the scope of his duties.any well trained professional would have tossed that guy on his ear with or with out cuffs. Worse case scenario the man is losing his ****ing mind on the worst drugs known to man. Pressure points will not work pain compliance won't work mace,587,rubber bullets or what ever non lethal they use in that municipality leave in on your belt. It won't help. How ever simply holding the man down is easy

Just doesn't work well with today's le. They are so high strung and underpaid. Around here at least

Give them a fvcking slightest reason. You'll get cuffed and thrown. If you look at them wrong you will get shot in many cases.

If they were more pro about their profession, shit like this would still happen. But, a whole lot less
