To answer oldnsedentary's question, I would prefer to do a water submersion method but I don't have that option available to me... So instead I am using one of those (shitty) electrode testers as well as the skin fold method and I take the two and average them and that's what I report here. And in regards to my avatar, that picture was taken a while ago but I would say it's probably right around 185 pounds there @ 11-12% BF. And thank you Times! I hope this doesn't piss anyone off - doesn't piss me off that has to do a lot of cardio but.. I don't do any cardio whatsoever. - Like I said, some people are blessed with great genes. r to just lift with intensity and decrease reset time and I see pretty decent results that way. I haven't set foot on a treadmill for over 6 months now. My brother has even lower body fat than I do naturally. He's 16 and is 6'3'' and weighs about 175 lbs at 4% BF. The level of shredded that he is all year round is almost disgusting to look at... lol.
Anyways, just got home from work (I work then night shift in a steel mill). Just finished my double scoop of casein with oats and I am ready for bed. Looking forward to hitting shoulders tomorrow, or rather later today... Good night everyone!
