Bro based on the posts you make stating what you take, something is off and Marcus is right. Its diet and training, Taking what you say you do it is obvious you are not eating properly to really grow No BS, no flaming here, the straight scoop man. You should take a step back and learn how to eat and train to grow. The solution isnt some magic stack or cycle. Its hard work, dedication and eating training and resting properly.
I watched a youtube vid with rich Gaspari this am and he said something that is so true. There are guys at the gym taking way more gear than pros, and they dont even look remotely like they could steop on a stage. Some dont look like anything, because they dont realize what you take is 20% and what you do is the other 80%. He is so f-ing right man.

if there are people that take more gear than pros, and still look like shit, even look worse than many naturals, its not because their training or diet, its because their freakin genetics. The guy I'm pinning, he's freakin obsessed with diet, he's on full diet 365 days a year, he trains every freakin day 1-2 times, and guess what, he still looks like shit, I look way better than him, then there are natural freaks, that by doing nothing workout 2-3 days a week and eating crap, are way better then my mate. how do you explain this???

    Andrea,

    On a side note...
You don't need liposuction on your love handles.
Heck, I don't even see any love handles.
    Not being a dick.

It is very easy to be over critical of oneself.

The first step to being intelligent is to admit that you do not know everything. If you do not want to be any bigger, there is nothing wrong with that. There are a lot of aesthetics men and women out there. However, if you do just want to stay ripped then you do not need even half the gear you say you do.

When cutting all you really need is enough gear to keep you from getting catabolic. When you start talking about over a combined gram of gear in one week of a cycle then you are talking about an unnecessary amount of gear to cut with.

You just do what you want, what is it you want to hear from us again? T3 rebound should be very fast, a few days. There you go, that's what you wanted.

Thanks for the info man, I know half the gear is enough to be anti-catabolic... but this summer I needed to be anabolic. that's why I gained 8kg even by cutting. next year I won't need to bulk again, so I will cycle very light, I could even stay at 300 test e and 200 tren e and 600 masteron e.
    no fatburner at all.
