how about nitraflex? i recently switched to this from Jack3d, which isnt doing anything for me anymore, and 3 scoops srsly gets me pumped like crazy for a solid hr, then i crash lol. I recommend the orange flavor, it tastes pretty good!
Any pre-work works for me if fasted.
As a big coffee drinker and pre-workout bouncer, I've gone through dozens over the years. I've found that cycling off ALL caffeine, even for just 3 days, can bring back the effect of the pre-workout when reintroduced. Only you know your lifestyle and training, but I've found this helpful.
If you don't feel your pre workout working it could be one of a few things... You could have built a tolerance to it. Or you are not drinking enough water. Your body builds a tolerance to just about anything. This is why it's important to change things up pre workout, training, food it all needs to change every so often
