cable press helped me allot. but you will need a narrow cable machine, and simply do presses by bringing your arms in together. great pump.

i don't know who this guy is but this is the workout i am talking about, but i touch my fists together at the end of the press. also use a bench with back rest to keep my body in place.

I used to do those cable presses, but once I got stronger they were hard to do. When you weigh 215ish and you put 130 on each arm you really have to lean into it so the weight doesn't pull you back. I am a big believer in incline flys and also we have an incline press machine that you put plates on at my gym. Both work upper chest one wide (flys) and one narrow (narrow grip).

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

Light travels faster then sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Great place to start researching ! http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-database.html

Is this Arnold's Encycledia to Modern BB'ing? I have that one and it's awesome -- has Franco, Lou Ferrigno, Tom Platz, that whole era... With every movement for every BP
