20 YO with Low Testosterone, Need some advice

My tamox prescription says 20mg a day. Should I use 40mg for the first week or just stick with the prescription?

Hey guys it's been a while. I was working in a remote area so I wasn't able to get labs done until yesterday.

Two of my labs came back, still waiting on the antibody tests. I don't trust these given ranges anymore so it would be helpful if anyone could point out if these are normal results or not.

T3, FREE ---------------------------- 3.8 pg/ml ---------------- 2.8 - 5.2 pg/ml
T4, FREE ---------------------------- 1.1 ng/dl ----------------- 0.8 - 2.2 ng/dl

Previous T4 result:

T4, FREE ---------------------------- 0.9 ng/dl ----------------- 0.8 - 2.2 ng/dl

Also I've been on tamoxifen since 3/13. 40mg first week, 20mg since. No results yet, but I hadn't expected there to be any that fast.

Do my FSH and LH look low? I've had several concussions, could I have screwed up my pituitary gland/signal?

LH ---------------------------------- 3.8 mIU/ml ---------------- 1.2 - 7.8 mIU/ml
