I am a asst service manager at a Gm store and have seen a few these. First step before anybody waste there time you must get a fresh oil change (free anyway) and start a oil consumption test.
without proper documentation you got nothing and calling Gm like guys said above is a waste they have no power and no dealership is going to put you in touch with there Gm rep.
There are plenty of service bulletins about oil consumption and it list what is normal and not normal and what possible causes are there.
Only way I see you getting anywhere is get it back to the dealer and tell them you want to start a oil consumption test as outlined per Gm technical service bulletin (need copy message me) now you will have proof and get a receipt each and every time in so if it is not repaired you will easily win a lemon law case. Hopefully u get it resolved they are actually great trucks and only problems I really see is stupid electrical things- minor stuff so far
