I took my height in centimetres.
I took the height of someone six foot tall in centimetres.
I divided the bigger one by the smaller one. Then I put this number to the power of 3, and I got 1.49621, which I rounded off to 1.5.
This is the formula that veterinarian's use when administering anaesthesia to large animals (if they can't weigh the animal). So for instance if they know how much anaesthetic to give to an elephant of average size... and if the specimen they have is about 20% taller, then they approximate its weight as:
(average elephant weight) * 1.2 * 1.2 * 1.2
I did this because few people here on the forum would appreciate how much difficult it is for a shorter person to reach 175 lbs. I was fully grown at the age of 21 and weighed 115 lbs, so having made it up to 162 lbs at my heaviest about 3 months ago was quite an achievement for me.
My next goal is to reach 175 lbs with bodyfat below 15%. (For someone 6 foot tall that would be 262 lbs)

I'm going to guess that you're somewhere between 5'8" and 6'2" in height. And you want to see how much you'd weigh if you were 8'2".
First convert those to centimetres:
5'8" = 172.7cm
6'2" = 188.0cm
8'2" = 248.9cm
First I'll do the calculation for the smaller height of 5'8". So you divide 248.9cm by 172.7cm = 1.441. Take this number and cube it to give you 2.992. Now working backwards from the weight of 232.2lbs that you gave me, your real life weight is 77.6 lbs.
Now I'll do the calculation for the bigger height of 6'2". So you divide 248.9cm by 188.0cm = 1.324. Take this number and cube it to give you 2.321. Now working backwards from the weight of 232.lbs that you gave me, your real life weight is 100.0 lbs.
So you're trying to tell me that you weigh between 77.6 and 100 lbs
I think I see where you made the error though. You seem to have gotten 2.323 from the cube of 1.324. Not sure what you did after that.

Using the above formula I clocked in at 425lb this morning with 6% body fat. Quite a shift and I feel good about it!
