    Sorry, one of those guys. 500/wk cycle (first cycle), about 6-7 weeks in, 2-3 pounds and minimal strength gains at best. It was pharmaceutical grade. I can gauge my training.

    I don’t doubt it’s a thing altogether, just that it cannot be as common as I used to hear.

    Hell, maybe it is and I’m just so far on the end of the bell curve as to make no sense.

    Now that I think about it, that’s likely the case. I am the guy who gets 900 trough totals off 100mg/week, and 1100 off 120.

    Forgot how dbol keeps you full as hell.

    Little cold erupted into full blown bronchitis.
    First day back at gym.
    Been sitting and eating dbol.
    Lost weight via dehydration and lack of food but my little slow session tonight has me breathing ok after coughing up 3 gallons of shit.

    Just damn good to be back at the gym.
    Really.

    I shot a pretty good nsaid in my glute with some vitamin b. It loosened the phlegm up and I didnt really start gagging until I hit the shower.

    I lost five reps on one of my workout sets but it will be right back next session. I was all worried until I got to the mirror and couldn't reach my face cuz of the pump. I lost nothing but shit and water.

    I've been dehydrated too the last few days from some type of stomach thing. I missed so many days and was so weak from dehydration that my last two workouts have left me a little nauseated. I put my jeans on this morning and they almost fell off. Felt 2 sizes too big but when I got on the scale luckily only had lost 1/2 a pound.

    reps back at full strength.

    Legs today had me nauseous for an hour.

    I can thank HMB for that.

    I save leg extentions for last and turn my toes in like a mother.
    The sweep gets all the starain.

    Really lit my quads up.
