I mentioned how many in my neighborhood are city workers either on a split schedule of working from home, and how they are enjoying the family time away from the rat race, and you respond by saying how you realize that those enjoying being home are worthless sheep draining society.

If i was out of line in my understanding of your reply, i apologize. You are a smart guy, i appreciate your previous help on issues I have posted, but I guess we just see municipal workers in a different light.

How many government workers, state, city, or federal, do you have in your family, or are good friends or neighbors with? probably less than me. that can account for our different perspectives.

    I can't get un-employment, lol. I'm a Shepard. I'm a business owner and employer.
I've lost 54,000 in revenue over night and all my income. the state simply says "too bad" you can't open and provide for your family.
meanwhile you sheep go ahead and sit on your ass and collect your government check in your government savior utopia
actually i think you can get unemployment. sadly even if you didn't have a job before but just say you were looking for employment and you qualify. ive had people tell me how nice it is that their making more on unemployment than they do working....well ya better take some pain pills and bend over now.

A tyrant does not generally come out and say "I'm a Tyrant" .. Tyranny is usually masked behind other words..
    like

    "its for the common good"
"if it saves just one life"
    "we must work together"

and some of the scariest words you could ever hear in your life
"I'm with the government, I'm here to help you"

^ those are the words of a Tyrant

When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny

world has been turned upside down.. governments are absolute fear mongers today . instilling fear everywhere. need to get back to true liberty where governments fear the people

Exactly. I was in the national guard for 12 years and 99% of the disaster relief I participated in was just to show our presence and make people think we were actually helping when we were really just BSing. We'd go around asking if people needed anything when really their was nothing we could do, also waste a lot of time staging for photos so the media could put them out and make it look like we really cared.

Hey, you guys heard anything about this:

    H.R. 5717
A House Bill which will add 30% tax on allguns and a 50% tax on ammo, and also require a federal license to purchase both of these...

I am sure that you gents here on the forum have already discussed this...??? I am living for the past years outside of the States (with changes like this and others, I can't say I miss it either) and am way outside of the loop...

Also, concerning a lose of liberty:

I heard that to board a domestic flight in the States, yo have to have a special permit / addition onto your driving license or ID card. My sister said it is some type of star on the driving license in her state, Indiana.

Anyone heard of something like this?

I have to ask, only because my sister did her fair share of illicit drugs, probably more than some third world nations consume in a years time, and she may or may not be considered a reliable source...

    Heard of any of this?

You forgot that people are refusing to go back to work because they make more with the handouts!

It was all inevitable with just stopping the economy.

If the government money was paying them more than working, that shows you right there that their wages were artificially low.

Government payment rates are figured based on the contemplated cost to get by. If your job doesnt normally pay you that much, there is a problem there, somebody is pocketing the wages that should have accrued to you.

the thing is, the money people are getting paid to sit at home isn't "real money" per se.. its just being printed and distributed like monopoly game money , there is no real 'wealth' being created right now.
these. people think they are getting something for nothing from the govt. but in the long run they will pay it back 10 fold, they will be more poor in the long run then they are now. both they and their children .
real wealth is created by physical work, creating products, business commerce etc.. not by a money printing machine .
the longer these people sit at home, the more poor they will get and the more dire their future will be

    read about it here:

    https://www.tsa.gov/real-id

    REAL ID
    Flying with a REAL ID

Beginning October 1, 2021, every air traveler 18 years of age and older will need a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, state-issued enhanced driver’s license, or another acceptable form of ID to fly within the United States.

    Check for the star.
REAL ID-compliant cards are marked with a star at the top of the card. If you’re not sure, contact your state driver’s license agency on how to obtain a REAL ID compliant card.

For information by state, including where to obtain a REAL ID, visit the DHS REAL ID website and click your state on the map.

Note: Legacy Ohio driver’s licenses have a gold star marking on the card, however REAL ID compliant Ohio driver’s licenses have a black cut-out star. If you are not sure whether your card is compliant, contact the Ohio driver’s license issuing agency.

    About enhanced driver's licenses.
Michigan, Vermont, Minnesota, and New York states issue REAL ID and state-issued enhanced driver’s licenses, both of which are acceptable. Washington state issues enhanced driver’s licenses only.

State-issued enhanced driver's licenses are marked with a flag. These documents will be accepted at the airport security checkpoint when the REAL ID enforcement goes into effect.

    It’s the law.
Passed by Congress in 2005, the REAL ID Act enacted the 9/11 Commission's recommendation that the federal government “set standards for the issuance of sources of identification, such as driver's licenses.” The Act and implementing regulations establish minimum security standards for state-issued driver's licenses and identification cards and prohibit federal agencies, like TSA, from accepting licenses and identification cards from states that do not meet these standards for official purposes, such as getting through the airport security checkpoint to board a plane. Learn more about REAL ID enforcement.

Just look for this star on the licenses:

Simple solution.... join an Indian tribe. The local requirements are not enforceable on tribal land. The local tribes are opening their casinos on Monday and saying fuck you rot the local enforcement agencies

Personally, I miss the lock down. The streets & freeway were barren, the police had better things to do than write tickets. I could crank up my metal and take my beast for long fast drives. Only problem is I have to wash it myself & the windows are a bitch to get perfect.

exactly. i was doing 90 mph routinely with barely a car on the road, and that is on the highways of New York City. Now, it sucks, its back to normal, with traffic everywhere.

It’s amusing, in more than a few regions, deaths from car accidents are up (particularly single car) for this very reason. Freeways out here are usually open on Sunday morning, where I can normally stretch it’s legs a bit. But mid-day I was doing 110 and not necessarily blowing by people. Put on my metal & I’m in heaven!

Think it’s time for a detail though, exterior only. I want to throw my guy some business.

Don't Give Up Your Liberty !!

I said European or Canadian, because even schoolchildren in this country know the president is not the “commander in Chief of the whole US”

You use a military title to suggest why his name should be on the stimulus check.

Every American knows the military has nothing to do with issuing Americans stimulus checks.

    You must be Canadian then.

and I'm not emotional .. I'm tired of all the ignorance being spouted.

a 4th grader knows that the president is NOT someone thats a product of the military. the president is a regular citizen, he's chosen by we the people to represent us and become commander and chief over the military. its we the people who are in charge, and the president is our representative.. its therefore we the people who command and rule the military through our representative that we elected to do so.

Trump just 5 years ago was a normal citizen like me and you. just a businessman.. he wasn't military and never moved up the ranks. but now he is commander and chief. he has his finger on the button, sort of speak .. how is that? because thats the power of 'we the people' , we put our representatives in power. he is commander and chief because we the people put him there as our representative .
we the people rule this country. thats how this country was founded and what it was built upon. thats why a normal citizen , like trump, can be a citizen one day, and then the most powerful man in the world and commander of our military the next day. . he never had to move up any military ranks to earn the right to have his finger on the button ,, he simply got put there because we the people put him there

he has the power to nuke entire countries , cause we the people gave him that power .. yet your going to complain because his name is on a stimulus check that came from a bill that he signed and put into law for "we the people" .. thats ridiculous

I want to add... It is written in strange style but also check out the communist manifesto by marx.

Its worth the read because it gives a perspective of what to watch out for which is 100% of the media and college material today.

Its like looking through the enemies eyes.

the thing thats interesting about debating politics , is that everyone has a stance and opinion and they think they are right.. yet they have done ZERO research on anything.. they are just pulling their thoughts out of their ass.

imagine debating someone about topics around steroids.. imagine someone having opinions about Tren, Deca, etc.. AI's, ancillaries.. YET they never once even looked up a single profile of any of those drugs. they don't even know what they are . yet they have an "opinion" . lol how did they develop an opinion on any of these drugs if they never did even one ounce of research?

    but with politics, thats ok.

just like with steroids or bodybuilding.. I like to do some research and develop an opinion based on that research.

for guys that want to debate politics.. at least do yourself some justice and read the constitution, read some American history and how this county was founded and what it was founded on.
sure I mainly study scienctific aspects of bodybuilding and AAS usage. but I try to keep myself well rounded enough, I'm going to read political books as well before I form an opinion out of thin air

What research is there to do? It's clear as day to me. Two people with opposing views can read the same book and take completely different things from it. Just as we can watch the same news, see the same information presented to us, and form completely different opinions. Books are just data. The ability to discern fact from fiction, to see reality, outside of our own little world, is what counts. I understand that you believe what you believe, and I believe what I believe. The essence of your views are likely the same as mine, but the players in the game we have elected are damaging to the same constitution your purport, imo. I hope we live long enough to see what is said about Trump in the next 20-30 years. I can bet both of my shriveling nuts that he will be seen as one of the worst presidents in history. The damage he is doing will take decades to undo. Domestic, foreign, everything.

The types of things Trump is doing is par-for-par in line with communist dictators. This coming from people who have seen it first hand, no books required. Blind allegiance to the president, regardless of his deeds, is exactly what dictatorship is all about. You support him because you agree with him, but I don't believe you would support any president just the same, but you may be a better than me, I don't know.

If you say you know history, then you will see how similar Hitler really is to Trump. From the rallies, to the propaganda, the attacks on media, the brainwashing, the lies. It's all in the handbook. Even the stupid hat. We all have opinions, and nobody is 100% wrong or right on anything, but some things are too glaring and obvious to ignore. The media is the least of our problems. The guy in office is fucking all of us. You'll see.

and that would at least make for a legitimate debate..

the problem is, usually one side doesn't do this at all.

    example-
lets debate the movie Braveheart -

person A - watches the movie and has a movie review and opinion to give
person B - does not watch the movie at all but still wants to give a movie review and opinion he pulls out of his ass ... lol , GTFO

person A - watches the movie and has a movie review and opinion to give
person B - does not watch the movie at all but still wants to give a movie review and opinion he pulls out of his ass ... lol , GTFO
I came to this conversation with verifiable facts, and you presented a few books you read and some right-wing propaganda (patriotism, blood/sweat, freedom). These are all nice words meant to scam you for your vote, used by the Republican Party. The real patriots are doing what’s right for the country, not siding with corrupt megalomaniacs puppeteered by foreign enemies.

I'm not nor was I speaking to you specifically . I was making a general point. most people formulate opinions out of thin air and not out of any actual research.

again,, just like someone that gives a movie review on a movie they never actually watched.

someone thats never read the constitution , should never speak of it let alone use it in a debate. I'm not saying YOU are doing that.. I'm making a broad and general point based on most people in society and what they do.

these same fools think they can debate "rocket science" with a rocket engineer , they don't even know what the law of gravity is let alone know a thing about rocket science itself . these fools just talk out their ass without knowing a single thing about anything

for all you Trump haters . how did you develop your opinion ? hmmm, let me see, you got everything from the left wing trump hating propaganda media outlets. you never once thought for yourself. you just follow like mindless sheep.

    Attachment 178807
personally, I'd rather read things and think for myself to form an opinion about the man

I can guarantee that most the general public Trump haters have NEVER once went beyond just what they seen on fake news outlets to formulate their opinion of Trump.. they never read a book by Trump, never read his biography of his life.. etc.. they never once did any research to formulate their opinion and they are just parroting whet they are told to parrot from the propaganda news outlets.

    mindless stupid sheep

and I'm not pointing fingers here.. just talking in general

Except in the case of this thread, we both watch the movie, but you refuse to admit that you saw what you saw. That is different from one not watching. We all see what this president is doing to the rule of law, you refuse to acknowledge it.

I like to do some research and develop an opinion based on that research.

for guys that want to debate politics.. at least do yourself some justice and read the constitution, read some American history and how this county was founded and what it was founded on.
sure I mainly study scienctific aspects of bodybuilding and AAS usage. but I try to keep myself well rounded enough, I'm going to read political books as well before I form an opinion out of thin air

pick up a book or two and do some reading .. don't form an opinion you pull out of your ass based on what you see in the fake news bullshit media.
think for yourself, form an opinion based on real historical research
We could post a thousand actual corrupt things this president did, it wouldn’t matter to you. You would still try to maintain that he did nothing wrong. You are willfully ignorant by refusing to recognize the facts.

and on a side note -- I did NOT vote for Trump btw (no I sure as hell didn't vote for Hilary either) . I'm not a republican or 'right wing'. but I developed an opinion about him based on my own mind and research , not being told what to think by the media. and understanding what the role of the presidency is, and how its a representative of the power of "we the people" , I can't help but be respectful and show support . no matter my political associations.. Trump haters are essentially anti American and against "we the people" imo. they are treasonists (Benedict Arnolds)
just cause I did't vote for him doesn't mean I'm not going to support him because he is still the representative of what really matters, ie., "we the people''

I hate trump and all high level poloticians because I know what it takes to get there.

The sheep are the ones looking to be taken care of by any leader or thinking that a person in a seat of power gives two shits about their well being or freedom.

    I won't vote.
Get the same shit in a different flavor.

Trump has presided over more firearms legislation than any president since nixon.

He also seeded new ideas like "red flag laws".

But he is the only one to vote for because at least he tries to break his dick off in socialist asses.

Leave my money alone and I can create enough security that the people who try to take my guns cant.

It has been said that knowledge is power.
Must have been said by a broke mfer that thought he was smart. Money is power. The rest comes naturally and you either have it or you dont.

this is where I've been for years .. in regards to politics I'm a "consciousness objector" . left wing and right wing are wings on the same corrupt bird. I refuse to support either wing cause the bird itself is corrupt... I lean towards responsible "anarchy".

I won't vote until there is a party that vows to restore the power back to WE THE PEOPLE, and no one else.. until a party vows to make the government systems cower and fear 'we the people' .
until a party vows to strip away 99% of the bullshit laws that are on the books, and let people live a free life to pursue happiness for themselves. to live by 10 simple laws that were handed down by God and nothing more.

heres an intersting observation I've had over the last 25 years..

every left wing liberal I've ever known in my life ,, not a single one of them owned a single book on the constitution , American history, the formation and workings of our democracy and republic, etc. etc.. they never read or owned a single book on the political system.

hmm.. so where did they formulate their opinions ?
all the same place. left wing propaganda news stations. thats it.. every single one of them always talked the exact same way cause they are all brainwashed getting their information from the exact same place.

just funny how some of these people come across as political zealots and so 'passionate' , yet never once even read a single book on politics.. all they've done is watched the same bullshit propaganda news channels . its hilarious really

Oops, you know me and to some extent I’ve been labeled as a left winged liberal and you’re wrong about me.

I’ve got the French philosopher that our forefathers idolized and helped base our constitution and the very notion of democracy on, tattooed on me twice. When Ben Franklin went to France for assistance, he dressed just like him (he had a distinctive hat), very clever PR move there, I must say.

They talk about pandemics much in the constitution GH? I’ve read a shit load on Adams, Franklin, Jefferson, and Washington as well and must have missed the part of about them discussing viruses, social distancing and masks.

Please clarify for me, just how you know how they would approach this situation, not knowing what changes would occur over 200 years later.
