I’m still wearing the mask when venture out in general population.

So now I’m a sheep according to some. I’m curious as to where in Bible it says someone on earth is separating the sheep from goats? I’ll have to ask. [emoji23]

I spent all day today covering a covid case at work. The person had symptoms over the weekend. We have to trace the last two days of who he was in contact with, how long, what areas he went to, who else needs to be quarantined, symptoms, camera footage review, etc.

It's a parable in Matthew 25, GGR. Don't recall the exact verses, bit towards the end of the chapter, I believe.

If it makes you feel any better, I wear one @ work because it's a requirement, but I voluntarily wear one when going to the store, pharmacy, etc. I don't wear one @ the open air farmers market at the closest small town or at home.

I don't like having to wear one because w/ the heat and humidity inside the mask, it's a virtual petri dish. On the other hand, if there's a small chance that wearing a mask may help prevent pass something baking to the elderly or those w/ compromised immunity systems, I'll take the time to put on a mask.

Edit: If you're a sheep because you wear a mask, at least you're a pretty ewe, I'd probably just be an old nasty billy goat.

The entire world has sucessfully repressed the virus except who?
The US, Brazil, Mexico, and some nations in Africa. (By no means is this a complete list... but you get the gist.)

If we would all wear masks we could avoid shutdown and return to normal sooner.

Where I live, it's pretty much mandated that we have to wear these muzzles in public. And really, I'm too fond of people anyways, so I stay at home. Actually ordering delivery on my groceries isn't so bad. If I wasn't so cheap, I would've started doing this years ago.

Its super close to me now, at first I was hearing people at work getting it.....now today they are telling us 2 have died from it. We have around 3000 people working, they say atleast 500 have tested positive.

The problem is your comparing corona to the flu now. The propper comparison would be the spanish flu. That is the first known flu, this is the first outbreak of covid 19. This is not even close to the spanish flu. We have had 100 years to adapt and work on a cure or vaccine there still isnt one. Just like there wont be a covid 19 cure or vaccine. Covid 19 will become just like flu.

You’re right. Masks help but don’t stop transmission completely. Maybe if everyone stayed at home for a whole month, that would be a better solution, though not realistic. All it takes is one person to cause the same thing to happen again.
