We take turns or cook together with the kids.

Great! It seems to me that this can unite loving people even more. I myself am not a supporter of dumping all household work on my wife. Although she cooks in our family, I clean the house. But once a month we do the cleaning together, revise it, throw away the unnecessary. In short, in everyday life you need to be able to distribute responsibilities and then there will be no constantly tired and irritated woman next to you. This is so, according to personal observations.

    Yeah I know I'm fat.
I did add 2 scoops of vanilla protein. 1/4 cup of extra water per scoop.

I only eat waffles in the mornings lately. I used to have only a manual old mold that allowed me to cook waffles on the stove, but now I bought an electric waffle maker. I don't understand them at all, that's why I looked at different reviews. I found a waffle iron, as easy to use as a felt boot, here https://mykitchenadvisor.com/best-no...-waffle-maker/. I figured out the instructions in no time, I learned how to make waffle dough a long time ago. Now, every morning I have a delicious breakfast full of carbohydrates, but it energizes me.
