Yet that opinion piece conveniently ignores how Canada and other colder climates "winterize" their windmills so that they work during freezing conditions.;

I get that you're a Trump-worshiper and that cool and all, but not everything is this "right vs left" schitte. Sometimes it's just companies going cheap and not taking the measures necessary to prevent such incidents from happening. But then you could attribute that to the deregulation that Abbot and the Texas legislation awarded to those companies. It's more that government is in the pocket of lobbyists that used their influence so they could cut corners.
