over the world and all over the country.... don't get me wrong I have been to Rio De Janeiro and some other sick countries...........But inside the USA

nothing compares to the partying that we do in NYC.......not to mention the amount of money to be made in NYC!!!!! Just my .02

Same here bro, I have traveled everywhere, I went to college out of state for a few years, and I couldn't wait to come back. No other place feels right to me , other than NY.

iron island in oceanside! great place harcore gym. if your in the baldwin harbor area it right up the road. As cutie said ralph is awesome he wooped my ass when i first got started .

Since the threads been hijacked only reason why im still here is the people. You will never find the mix of maniacs like us anywhere else. As for summer not comming it was like 47 the other day i was walking round in a tshirt! This thursday is supposed to be high 40's again! im ironing my tshirt as we speak.

you've got apa lifters who train there....easy enough to find a bunch of 600+ benchers there on a saturday afternoon.....

This is what i'm talking bout.. I have to visit LI in june for a graduation party.. I'd love to train along side ralph and his superheavyweight fatbody powerlifters!!! How much is the daily, 20bucks.. The last time i went to train on LI, the "fitness club'' I went to had a 20 dollar daily, lol.. but excellent gaming skills got me a few free passes from the girly working the front counter ..haha
