    I dunno, thats alot of running back and forth for.. Grabbing four 25 plates is too much work to warm up with, then you gotta grab collars (what a bitch).. Why make 2 trips to get 4 weights (unless you train with a weight bitch) when you can grab two 45's and start.. Then increase with the dimes and quarters I think its part motivational for me anyways..
