That is one dumb ass dude. 2 things could have easly saved his life if he had a brain. 1. The saftey bar's on the side were not high enough. 2. The saftey bar's were their, if they would have not been, their was no collars on the bar and he could have dumped it too either side. Remember, Never have collars on the bar when lifting by yourself and may sure you can dump it so theirs nothing in the way! think think think

3)ending was cut off, so that means they may have cut the ending cause it was too graphic, or he could have just rolled off the bench or tilted the bar off
