are you saying that you have NEVER done roid...or are you saying that you do natural shows...i have friends who do natural shows...but do a lot of roid...they get it out in time for the testing...
all the veins and the way your lower back comes out so far...and if you arent on roid...why not? you would be a monster and could for far, especially when all your competition is doing roid...just wondering

I'm saying I have never done roids (and never will). This is the path I have chosen. I compete in natural competitions and like to think that my competition is natural also. I do not hate on people who use, but instead I give them just as much respect for their hard work and rigorous BB lifestyle as others. I just made the choice to not use steriods. I want to live a long, healthy life and do not want the complications which come with steriod use. It is not worth it to me but to each his own. Enough said.Originally Posted by Latimus

I also incorporate many other exercises: Leg press, vertical leg press, walking lunges, hack squats, seated leg curl, dumbell SLDL, etc

I find it very funny when someone who obviously is working very hard, eating clean, staying strict with there routine, and you see some of the comments made by people, like "he cant be natural" I know it's not everyone but to these people, do they actually think you NEED roids to get well developed muscles and nice shape. Hard work prevailes over roids everytime, unless you are at your total genetic peak and cant grow at all keep natural. Maybe its easier for me to say this because I could get pretty big naturally as well. But I turned to roids even though 3 years back when I was 23 I said I would never take them either. So one can never say never, sooner or later you will inevitably hit the road block called your natural peak and no matter what, you will not be able to get past it. Lookin good bro, when you do decide to throw some juice in just do a real low dose of test and thats like 300 -400 mgs /week.I was around your size from 23 on (5'11" 220) really lean and after a few years of beating yourself at the gym you get sick of training like a champ and getting limited results.
