not much man. just got home. went to my aunts for dinner tonight with my mom and sister. when we got there i walked up to my aunt to give her a hug and she's like holy shit you've lost a lot of weight...then my uncles like damn jer you're like half the size you were LOL. made me feel good for sure...got on a scale for the first time in like 2 months and i'm still at 260...i'm not surprised though, figured i would still be around there. even my mom was like theres no way you weigh 260 now

The workout sucked but I think its due to me not taking my joint supplement, My right knee was killing me all night. Was doing a 100lbs less than usual

Exactly. I didn't binge or anything so no real damage done. It keeps me sane and makes me want to diet better for the next couple days. It always happens when Im poor and there's no food in the fridge haha. The day before payday pretty much, can't afford groceries.

Yeah stuck to 60mgs of torm (into day 20 now) the whole time and then just lowered the 6oxo to 300mgs that could be the culprit, maybe bump it back up??

For me its my damn knees, probably from skateboarding and basketball at a young age did a number on them. Tried to find knee wraps b4 I went tonight at wal mart, they didn't have shit.

It's all rotator cuffs for me, and knees too but I've learned to deal with those and work around it.
